Angela Hubert accrued $32,000 in student loan debt before deciding to accept that she would not fulfill her father’s dream that she become a doctor. Now Hubert is a cake designer and baker at the Hy-Vee grocery store in the Rock Bridge Marketplace in Columbia, Mo.
